• PreCheck: Digital patient intake and pre-arrival documentation
• TriageAI: AI-powered patient triage and priority assessment
• FlowManager: Hospital operations and resource management platform

Our Services are intended for use by healthcare professionals, hospitals, and patients in emergency situations.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

Healthcare Professionals

Healthcare providers must:

• Hold valid professional credentials and licensure
• Be authorized by their employing healthcare facility
• Complete our verification and training requirements
• Maintain current HIPAA and other regulatory compliance training

Healthcare Facilities

Hospitals and healthcare facilities must:

• Execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
• Provide evidence of insurance and regulatory compliance
• Designate authorized administrators and users
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations

Patients and General Users

Patients using our Services must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate information and use the Services only for legitimate emergency healthcare purposes.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Healthcare data is subject to strict privacy regulations including HIPAA. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and ensuring that all users under your supervision comply with privacy requirements.

Wait time information is provided for general guidance and may not reflect real-time conditions. Users should verify information independently and use clinical judgment in all medical decisions.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emergency Room Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. This includes claims related to patient care, data privacy, or regulatory compliance.

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Healthcare facilities remain responsible for patient data and must coordinate data migration if needed.
